Registration Dates
Registration for Challenge Cup Tournament begins March 1, 2008
Registration for Summer Instructional begins May 1, 2008
Registration for Fall Recreational begins May 1, 2008
Registration for TOPS Fall program begins June 9, 2008

Opening Day @ Flagg Street Fields
Spring Travel program is April 5, 2008
Girls Spring Instructional program is May 5, 2008
Boys Spring Instructional program is May 6, 2008
TOPS is May 7, 2008
Summer Instructional program is August 5, 2008

Playoff Dates
Quarter Finals are June 14-15 location to be announced
SSSL Playoffs are June 21-22 at the Flagg Street Fields in Bridgewater

 General Meetings
The General Meetings, which are open to the general public, are scheduled for the first Friday of each month and are regularly held at the BYSA soccer house at 7:00pm.

Dates: March 7, April 4,  May 2,  June 6,  August 1 (No general meetings scheduled for the month of July)

Board of Director Meetings
The Board of Directors Meetings, which are open to the Members of the Board of Directors and Associate Board members, are scheduled for the second Tuesday, following the first Friday of each month and are regularly held at the BYSA soccer house at 7:00pm.

Dates: March 18, April 15, May 13,  June 17,  July 15, August 12

Dances
BYSA will be hosting a dance at Williams Middle School for all Bridgewater grades 5/6 students.  DJ Jeff Fowler will be providing the music. Tickets are $7.00 per student. Ticket sale dates will be posted at the Williams, Mitchell and Burnell schools. Fliers will also be sent home from school. Parent chaperones are needed.

Date: March 28 7-9pm

Coaches/ Parents Appreciation Night 
Join us at Castaways on June 20st for a fun night out, with the hottest band on the South Shore, Mark Morris and the CATUNES.  Mark your calendars and find your babysitters. Come and have a great night listening to the band, dancing and getting to know the coaches and team parents. Details will follow as the date approaches.

NE Revolution vs LA Galaxy Night
BYSA will be hosting a group night out at Gillette Stadium, on August 30, to see the NE Revolution play against LA Galaxy.  Tickets sales dates will be announced via email.  Tailgating, designated BYSA seating and a fun night for all awaits.  

Cosmic Bowling
It’s back again this year.  Set aside time during spring school vacation, to go bowling with your team, family or friends.  We will be offering raffle prizes and daily door prizes.

April 21 10-12, April 22 8:30-10:30p, April 23 4-6p, April 24 10-12 and April 25 4-6p

Tickets are $10.00 each.  This is a great way for the children to bond off the playing field. Coaches mark the dates, ask parents to help organize, and bring along snacks for a “team party”.  Tickets sale dates/times will be announced via e-mail.

Mother’s Day Gift Candles & More
Our Own Candle Company candles are back.  The soy candles will be available in a variety of scents.  New spring summer scents to include Mango Sangria, Fried Ice Cream, Birch Wood Honey, Jasmine and Hibiscus, Orange Creamsicle, Tangerine Pomegranite.  They will be offering a variety of other gift ideas as well.  Reserve your Mother’s Day spending for April 26th and 27th and May 3rd and 4th at the Flagg Street Fields.

Memorial Weekend Challenge Cup Tournament
This years 17th annual Bridgewater Challenge Cup weekend is May 24th and May 25th.  If your team is going to participate or if your family is going to be around, we will be looking for volunteers to help man the concession stand/ apparel table.  We will be sending out more information and a volunteer sign up list via e-mail at a later date.  So please reserve some time to come down and help out.  http://bridgewateryouthsoccer.com/bysa/tournaments/challengecup.asp

Friendly’s Nights
Looking for a fun way to cool down or a break from cooking!  Look no more, we will be holding BYSA family fun nights at Friendly’s in Bridgewater. Dates: August 6, 13, 20th

BYSA’s Recycling Program
In trying to find ways to fundraise, without taxing the parents financially, we have decided to start a recycle program.  All you need to do is clean out your home, garage, or office. We will be recycling:

Empty Laser and Inkjet cartridges, cell phones,  lap top computers, cameras, camcorders, Ipods, Iphones, Zune, MP3, GPS systems,  Gaming Consoles (Microsoft, Nintendo, Sony), CD’s, DVD’s, Video Games, gold jewelry and musical instruments

The items can be old, new, used (consoles complete with accessories and cords will be assessed higher) or even broken.  A collection box will be set up at the Flagg Street concession stand for drop off Monday-Thursdays 6-7p, during spring instructional, May 5-June 9th.

Your donation will not only benefit BYSA, but will also benefit the environment.
