Registrations for BYSA Spring Travel Tryouts are closed.  All prospective Spring Travel Soccer Players must register either on-line at www.bridgewateryouthsoccer.com > Registration > Spring Travel or by completing a Paper Registration Form.  The cost to register for Tryouts on-line or with a Paper Registration Form will be $0.00.  Registration allows the organization to coordinate the administration of tryouts and ensure sufficient evaluators are present.  Tryout results are utilized in the team placement process.  Tryout participation does not guarantee a team assignment.  Paper registrations may be printed from website and mailed or will be available at the concession stand Saturdays during the Fall House League season.

The average cost for a player to participate on a Travel Team is approximately $200.00 to $700.00. This cost includes BYSA application and registration fees, uniforms (if necessary), SSSL and MYSA fees and an estimate of outside costs depending on each particular coach's intention to participate in any indoor Soccer Leagues, Tournaments, Events, etc. not associated with BYSA.

Once tryouts are completed, rosters will be posted online. All Spring Travel Soccer Players must register either on-line at www.bridgewateryouthsoccer.com > Registration > Spring Travel or by completing a Paper Registration Form.  The cost to register on-line with either a Credit or Debit Card will be $75.  The cost to register with a Paper Registration Form will be $80.
  A new spring travel uniform has been selected for the 2011-13 travel seasons.  The costs associated with uniform purchases will be approximately:

Jersey  -  $30.00
Shorts  -  $25.00
Socks  -   $ 5.00  per pair

There will be Spring Travel Sign-ups at the Soccer Schoolhouse on the corner of Flagg and Summer Streets for those who would like to try on sample uniforms to determine sizes on the following days and times:

U10 Tuesday, Nov 1, 6:00-7:30pm
U12-U18 Thursday, Nov 3, 6:00-7:30pm
FINAL SIGNUP for ALL age groups Saturday, November 5, 4:00-5:30pm

Online Registration opens November 1.
ONLY players assigned to a 2011 Spring Travel team should register.
All U12 and older players will need to provide a digital photo in electronic format for their ID Card.  (Paper photos will not be accepted.)  All players new to Spring Travel will need to provide a copy of their Birth Certificate.  All Spring Travel Head and Assistant Coaches will also need to provide a digital photo in electronic format for their ID Card.   Any birth certificates can be turned in during the Travel Sign-ups listed above, plus a digital camera will be at the sign-ups for taking ID Card pictures.

Note: In 2011, Mass Youth Soccer has decided NOT to sanction tournament play at the Under 8 level.  As a member organization BYSA can no longer accept spring travel registrations for this age group.  Please refer to this link for additional details.

August Birthday Waiver: If a U10 or above player born in the month of August makes a request to play in the group above their appropriate age group, a parent or guardian of the child must sign an additional waiver which will hold BYSA harmless for injuries that may potentially occur while playing in a higher age group.  The player making the request to play above their age group may only try out for one age group.
