BYSA’s Spring Instructional Soccer program is designed to help players develop a love of the game while learning fundamental soccer skills, teamwork, and sportsmanship. It is a great way to introduce new players to the game of soccer and provides intermediate players an opportunity to hone their skills in a fun and low-pressure environment.
The Spring 2026 program runs for 4 weeks on Monday and Wednesday nights from April 27 through May 20. Registration for the Spring 2026 opens on 2/8 and runs through 4/17.
Junior Kickers (3- and 4-year olds entering Pre-K in the upcoming Fall) - $65/Player
BYSA Junior Kickers is often our youngest players’ first experience with organized sports. The Junior Kickers program uses imaginative games in a fun, positive environment to introduce basic skills, like following directions and using your feet. Open to Bridgewater children entering Pre-K in the Fall that are at least 3 years old and born on or after 9/1/2021.
- Junior Kickers (Boys and Girls): Mondays and Wednesdays from 5:00 pm to 6:00 pm
Dribblers (U6 - Pre-K/K) - $85/Player
BYSA Dribblers program is an early introduction to the concept of teamwork. The program focuses on developing foundational skills for dribbling and shooting including using both feet to dribble, turning and stopping, keeping the ball close, and finding space. Children are placed on teams that meet twice weekly for 30-minutes of skills followed by a 30-minute unstructured scrimmage. Unstructured scrimmages emphasize keeping the ball ‘in play’ and maximizing touches on the ball for all players. Open to Bridgewater children in Pre-K and K and born on or before 8/31/2021.
- Girls Dribblers: Mondays and Wednesdays from 5:00 pm to 6:00 pm
- Boys Dribblers: Mondays and Wednesdays from 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm
BYSA Skills Academy (U8/U10 - Grade 1 through Grade 4) - $100/Player ($15 discount for current travel players)
New for 2026, BYSA Skills Academy is designed for beginner to experienced players looking to build confidence, hone their skills, and nurture their love of the game. Whether your child is stepping into soccer for the first time or a BYSA travel player looking to sharpen fundamentals, BYSA Skills Academy will provide the teachings necessary to improve. Skills Academy is every Wednesday from 4/29 to 6/3. Sessions are created and run by professional coaches and will be fast-paced, fun, and focused on individual development. TOPSoccer (4 - 14 years old) - FREE
BYSA TOPSoccer provides children with diverse abilities developmentally appropriate opportunities to play soccer in a structured environment that is safe, fun, supportive, and inclusive. TopSoccer is designed to meet the needs of children aged 4-14 years and focuses on gross motor activities, soccer skills, and small-sided games. Spring TopSoccer meets twice weekly on Monday and Wednesdays for one-hour focusing on gross motor activities, soccer skill activities and small-sided games. TOPSoccer is open to Bridgewater children and surrounding areas. Participants do not need to be a resident of Bridgewater.

Program Capacity and Waitlist Policy
Program capacity is dependent on a number of factors including availability of volunteer coaches. We will make every effort to place all registered participants. In the event we don't have enough volunteer coaches, we may need to cap the program size. In that case, registrations will be accepted first-come, first-serve based on date of registration and all remaining registrations will be waitlisted.
